A company or family enrolls their employee(s) or student(s) in any public or onsite program, coaching package or one of our digital programs (currently in development.)
For every employee or student who attends, we donate on your behalf a similar amount of training to one of our nonprofit partners or a nonprofit of your choice.
The nonprofit can choose whether to use the training for their leadership team, board, staff or for the teenagers* or adults they serve.
*Topics include business and college life skills for first generation college students, and public speaking, interview, leadership and workplace skills for high school students.
The Program for Socially Responsible Leadership™
A first-of-its-kind program for companies that want to enhance their pipeline of socially responsible leaders and help their nonprofit partners improve fundraising and organizational performance.
Your company gains a socially innovative way to attract, develop and retain a more diverse and inclusive leadership team.
The nonprofits you support gain a capacity-building resource to develop executives and staff, improve their fundraising skills and identify potential board members.

Revenue for school groups
A school club or parent group can partner with us to raise money. We will schedule a program of your choice in your town or your private school. You simply help us spread the word and we donate up to 25% of class revenue to your club or organization.
Discounts for nonprofits and students
Nonprofit organizations that are not yet sponsored as part of our matching program receive significant discounts on programs for your leadership team, staff, board and/or clients. And as a client we will help you connect with companies to sponsor you for free future training through our one-for-one match.
We make sure every family can afford our classes. Please contact us if you are a parent who needs a half scholarship or more, or you are a teacher/guidance counselor who wants to advocate for a student.
